The permanent and temporary works executed in performance of the contracts and materials for incorporation and plant, tools and equipment while on the sites of the contract or in transit. The sum insured is based upon the maximum contract value of any one site plus an allowance for the effects of inflation.
Cover may be extended to include hired in plant and temporary buildings.
Our Services Include:
- Employers Liability - Insurance protection in respect of your legal liability for injury or death of your employees - £10,000,000 limit of indemnity any one incident (or higher if required).
- Public/Products Liability - Insurance protection against your legal liability for death or injury to third parties or damage to their property - £5,000,000 limit of indemnity any one incident (or higher if required)
- Contractors All Risks - The permanent and temporary works executed in performance of the contracts and materials for incorporation and plant, tools and equipment while on the sites of the contracts or in transit. The sum insured is based upon the maximum contract value of any one site plus an allowance for the effects of inflation.
- JCT Non-Negligence Insurance (21.2.1. or similar)
